I am not looking actively for gear anymore, but I will let you know if I see one.

KurakilIf anyone happens to find some Grade 3 Manticore Executioners please message me. I have been looking over the last 3 weeks (including this one) and have not found any. If you are also looking for something I can keep an eye out while I continue searching.
Have you tried watching the-great-pre-upgraded-gear-sharing-is-caring-thread on the Elite forums?

Because a Coriolis-class station remains a Coriolis, no matter if it's in the Bubble or in Colonia?

EpisparhYeah, but NPCs being on same positions?
Still better than having them all stand on chairs

The positioning of NPCs inside the interior has nothing to do with the interior design itself though.

I am not a fan of any kind of interiors, but there are just 3 type of concourses and they look AL the same, I would rather replace them with a menu in ship terminal.

Rho TefnutetSo I guess Xbox and Playstation won't get Odyssey this year. Sad.
Last I heard, it was supposed to be out on console this fall/autumn. Did they announce a delay?

No such announcement has been made.
Note that our furry friend says "I guess".

I myself hope that they actually will add more in the future... add a habitat ring and a shopping district into the the stations, especially to spread those NPCs out a bit more, like those mission givers who (to quote Yamiks) "YELL AROUND THAT THEY NEED SOMEONE TO DO AN ILLEGAL MISSION!" Put them into some shady corners out of sight from station security for crying out loud.
But most importantly: Ship Interiors. My ship's my home, goddammit, I want to walk around in it.
And no, ship interiors do not need any special gameplay to be worthwhile, it's primarily a matter if immersion which should be reason enough to add it. Other games showed this in the past as well, like NfS: Underground 2, which turned to entire city it is placed in into a freaking menu that you drive around in! Is it needed? Nope. Does it waste your time? Yes. Does it make you more immersed by giving you the feeling that you actually live in that city? Oh yeah, it most certainly did.

If you read between the lines of what they've said recently, delays are to be expected. Currently they can't get the client to run well on a 2021 PC, and they need to polish it until it runs well on a 2013 console.
On top of that planet rendering isn't working correctly and they don't know how to fix it. Time spent sorting that out is bound to have a negative effect on any schedule. 6 weeks after release and it's still buggy mess for a lot of PC customers.
Personally I'm perfectly content with 30-40 fps (after some config tweaking) but that's not where the gaming world is happy to be sitting these days.

It's more about the fact that after Cyberpunk 2077 both Sony and Microsoft - as first just returned the game to their store while the latter stopped to allow "emergency" refunds that not follow their normal policy - would be VERY careful about releasing content that players may try to refund en masse. Odyssey, in the current state - from what I've heard and seen so far - might not be approved by either in such a case. That is unless they force Frontier to agree to have Early Access label.
Personally speaking, as Xbox Series gained a very stable 60 fps by default (it's way better experience than Xbox One S) - Odyssey having performance so bad that can drop to 20 fps on reasonably "high" end PC rather very concerning. Especially when a lot of games finally dropped that 30 fps "cinematic experience" bullcrap we were forced to as the "budget gaming player base" (at least according to my own experience through years).

But most importantly: Ship Interiors.
Given the current state of Odyssey, I would be very disappointed if any dev time was put into ship interiors.
Sure, let's have them later down the line when everything's fixed, running smooth and hunky-dory, but there's no way they should be given any priority until the issues with the premature release have been resolved.
