Seems to me that trying to make a lot of money by trading is a dying profession due the the vast number of fleet carriers everywhere in and around bubble, making it necessary to travel much further and taking so long to get there if you want to carry large loads. The 'popular' money-making and material mining sights suffer the same fate - countless fleet carriers.

Anyone have any suggestions to re--invigorate the game.

P.S. I still love it and love to meet other in-came role-players.

I, guess that means new ship/weapons/defences, more grinding - any suggestion anyone ?

There is one indeed but you would need to know the right coordinates on the planet. Finding it is the easiest task then you need to bring it back to Jameson across the galaxy while pirates NPCs will be relentlessly hunting you. I don't know anybody who managed that task so far but there are always brave cmdrs who dare to try...

Well, it is up to you in believing. But it is a part of long quest to discover Raxxla and you have to be ELITE and be accepted into Dark Wheel and quite a few other e.t.c.s. By the way Cobra MK III is the only ship capable to take on 100B task...

1bn in a MKIII Cobra? Dark Wheel? Raxxla?

I did the Hutton Orbital round trip 'for the mug' -not the free 'Conda a long time ago. And I'm sooo tempted to go on a treasure hunt. Wish I could believe it. Maybe I'll go, just to prove it's wrong. Any offers for a travelling companion?

p.s. Just found myself in 'The Dark Wheel'- sector/station - is it a sign?

You have to get the Cobra and the coordinates of very special item worth of 100B plus a key to use colonia star-gate from the dark wheel. "...membership in the Dark Wheel is by invitation only.... The process of initiation is subtle, and usually involves a disguised member of the Dark Wheel approaching a potential candidate and administering a test of courage and skill. If the candidate passes the test, the examiner reveals their identity and presents an invitation to join the group. Any attempts to contact the Dark Wheel to request membership never produce results". So don't go on your own you will find nothing...

Its frontier cuz they know 'better' obviously. As much as it's frustrating, it is better to have zero expectations of this company.

Yes. All outposts, stations and planetary starports can randomly offer g2 and g3 gear. Only fleet carrier concourses cannot.
