They build body armour, we build armour piercing rounds. They build semi-automatics, we buy fully automatics. They equip heat transfer weapons, we equip heat dissipating shields.

They do seem cultish... institutional almost or like a society of steel...

All I know is that if you challenge the IWG about what they are, probably will be a lot of Fallout over it.
