Elite roleplay: Q&A and OOC

Thirded on the Lego Taipan.

And yeah, also on the ship scales. 500 ton FDL moving at 500 m/s is terrifying. But in game? No biggie just flying around. haha.

@Nsite, thanks. I have enjoyed writing it. Sorry it takes me so long to respond to the posts. Life has been rather unusual for me the past few days. (And only getting weirder.) Also, sorry this is a tad late.

Does the gettin weirder part invoke a woman? ,: .

I've ballsed up people!!! I need a hand, and any help will do, but this question is aimed mainly at the female population.

I wrote out a neat little story to explain the time between Lukes last visit to Inara and his current one. Parts 1&2 are up now, but I forgot a key detail. While I've established several things about what's going to happen I skipped a bit, aiming to come back to it, but started publishing before I remembered to come back to it.

To give context, hopefully without spoiling the story (too much), Luke has woken from his drunken stupor to find a beautiful woman at his ships helm who appears to be completely in love with him. So I ask the women here (or indeed anyone who feels thery can help), to put yourself in her shoes.

How would you like a man, who you are perhaps besotted with, to explain to you that he has no recollection of ever meeting you? I appreciate there is literally no way that it wouldn't cause tears but I ask the opinions because I forgot to note this particular part before writing.

Thanks in advance!!!

Just be like 'heeeeey... chief... bud... lady... sport... sistah... homie... friend... pal.. dude... my main man... sugar... punkin... starbuck... mamma... boy it's been magical. What was YOUR favorite part?'

That or go with the multiple personalities strategy.

Not every woman is a wet tissue.

She might find it hilarious.

I would love to give you advice, but as Singleton's Awareness Month roles by, I sadly cannot say I have much to offer : p

I might be going out on a limb here, but I'd imagine the type of woman who climbs aboard a strange ship with a blackout drunk man and feels free to take control of the helm and (I assume) launch the ship and start traveling somewhere is probably not as a besotted as she was acting. Him having no recollection of the meeting would just make it easier to maroon him in an SRV on some desolate world (but where his distress signal will probably be picked up). Hopefully she's that nice and isn't planning on killing him outright.

This is Elite, after all.
