Not really the correct board for this question. But, if you know how to filter with your map, LYR systems offer a percentage discount. So I would look for a high tech system under LYR authority.

Kolaga has a wide verity of ships. Not sure how far from Sol it is though.

There's also a way to do that using this website. Just go to the galaxy tab, click on shipyard, and use the searchbar to the right. Put in anaconda, then place sol as the "near star system" and check the "just discounted box"

That, and this is also a useful tool for finding stuff

I looked, but couldn't spot your log, unless you've used a different name. Did you set it to "Public"?

Edit: I see your entry in the Logbook section of your own profile page. Not sure why it's not appearing in the main section along with everyone else's.
