SilvoliouńI love writing and would indulge in joining, though I'm having trouble with making myself fit in and the issue of how and why I'd arrive. haha
Having a devote patron of the Empire and officer within the Imperial Navy just show up would be a tad suspicious and odd.

We would love to have you join!

Well prepare to have one of the most pompous and arrogant officers of the Empire mingle with those who he'd see as lesser. I'll see if I can make my way into the galactic bar, looking for a tip off on something. If not I'll just be there on diplomatic means with time to kill due to complications. haha

Dr. Glaboski would love you.

Before or after he drills a hole into his skull and turns him as docile as a dead mouse?

Silvolioun: If you're still struggling with an introduction for your character, feel free to PM myself or even some others here who are always willing to help out.

No one expects you to be a best selling author right off the bat, god knows I wasn't and am still not, but if you're prepared to accept critique and suggestions then your spelling or grammar can be at a 6 year old level and we'll still help out where we can!!!

The only thing we expect from newcomers is that they follow one simple golden rule: "Respect and follow the Elite Dangerous Universe and its rules."

Hope this helps, and as I said, PM if you want/need any more.

Dr. Glaboski has no interest in turning people docile. His research is to explore how physical stimuli can bring about intense uncontrollable emotions such as rage, hate, fear, paranoia. You get the idea.

Yeah, but accidents happen and the brain is a mysterious organ after all

It wouldn't take a scalpel to get those emotions out of Ten.

Can someone take a peek at my Fleet and tell me what they think of my ship descriptions? Is there a solid narrative there or does it seem too eclectic?

I only looked at a couple (specifically, the clipper and type 9), but they seem very interesting in my humble opinion. I always enjoy seeing ships with stories behind them, especially if it sheds light on the commander's chosen name for that ship.

Thank you! Since I decided to fly exclusively Gutamaya and Lakon ships in-game, I realized that I needed to also RP a pair of pilots for the two different aesthetics to make sense, and that's how the Dolohov siblings came about!

That's very cool, and now totally want to do that myself sooner or later.

Write out a logbook as you do normally, but before you submit it there's a drop down menu labelled 'Category' that has the option to select a Character Biography. The most recent thing you put there will appear under your CMDR profile.

SonofMacPhistoTapping away happily at his PDA, Phisto's eye caught the brightly adorned outfit of the newcomer. Glancing up briefly at the man, he casually returned to his work.

Shiny looking get up you get there, fancy Imperial man.

The right end of Phisto's mouth turned up slightly, his cheek moving into a quiet smirk.

SilvoliouńLooking towards the voice Silvoliouń gave a disdainful look. Turning slightly he saw the PDA and and the man who he assumed had made the comment.

Keeping a neutral tone he spoke. "The Imperial Navy can be thanked for the aesthetics of my uniform. And if you wish to call me anything, I'd prefer Captain La'Vinch or Silvoliouń."

Forcing a brief smile Silvoliouń gave a respectful nod before turning back towards the bar and his drink. It was best not to anger the locals in stations or regions he wasn't familiar with, this was learnt awhile back after an incident or two.

Just so you know Silvolioun, things written in Italics, like Phisto did, are internal thoughts for the readers benefit. Other characters can't hear them.

I just PM'd him about it, asking if he'd like to edit his post or have me wing it.

Easy fix is to have Phisto say "Wait, did I say that out loud?" Take it or leave it

But fair enough, didn't know if you'd seen it or not
