Not totally positive what the runes stands for, but I do know a little about the raven and what it meant to the Nordic people. I also really love Ravens very very beautiful bird extremely intelligent. I will definitely learn about the meaning of the image I had used. I fly type-6, she's black and I named her Star Raven. I'm not Nordic anything I'm actually just a Texan from Texas USA.:D

I am thoroughly confused now.

Stryker and Silvoliouń were having a conversation about having his ship fixed. There was no resolution on this. Did Silvoliouń commission Stryker to do the work or not?

Then RL stuff happened and there was a pause in the RP, which is not a problem.

Now, Silvoliouń re-appears in the bar and takes a seat away from everyone, goes into another monologue about his ship not working, and nothing about a possible solution that Stryker suggested (by him offering his services) leading me to believe that the entire conversation has be retconned, so it never happened?

Or, did Silvoliouń walk off in a huff and not want the help? That is cool too, but I would like to know so I can react accordingly.

If you'd ask me he heard you, and considered the deal. Then took one for the bathroom. And returned to conclude something sufficiently weird had happened to his ship to be secretive about...

But let's hope he's around soon enough to give his toughts about it...

Hello Jace,

Please forgive me for replying to your question with a response I posted a few days ago to someone else...

Have a look through some of the existing RP to get a feel for it. There are quite a few different styles to choose from, but most of us use third person for narrative and first person for dialogue. Thoughts are frequently expressed in italics, sometimes denoted by asterisks.

Above all, remember that the game is all about ordinary people, so please resist any temptation to be a snowflake! Beware of doing anything that may have an effect on others who are not directly involved in your own RP. You will often find several convos going on at the same time in the Ingabar.

If you have any specific questions about RP, I would encourage you to post them in the Roleplay Q&A OOC forum. Alternatively you can chat to whoever happens to be in the Inara discord at any time.
