Bearing in mind the cavernous depth of experience here, before offering advice it may be wise to pause, take a moment to consider the deeper meaning of what you're about to say and THEN cast it out for the laser-like analysis it will receive.
Alternatively, post on the hoof while drunk. That works for me.

Taking out the drive also mean the ship will became newtonian and will not be able stop until they hit something, while taking down the PP stop the ship from moving faster.
