Son of khzvoltz"Tango Romio Delta Delta Echo, please divert course to pad number Three one" the docking facilitys reply to my docking request, after which the 'Lucky Starflower' manovered into the mail slot and directed her course to the docking pad. After slowing down and landing her pilot, CMDR Jonathan Kingsley-heartson stepped down her ramp.

"Inara's Citi Gateway, I'm finally here, and could use a drink" he starts to walk towards the entertainment district of the station, looking for a bar


how's this for a starter, I'm not the very best at any roleplay

We all have to start somewhere. In your bio, could you expand a bit on the personality. Why does he do what he does? Is he always mistrusting?

In terms of your opener you posted here,

I don't seen anything that's would be a show stopper. Just a few spelling errors and punctuation problems, but it gets the idea across.

One tip you might want to look at though K-Son: pay heed to the spelling-wonk in your browser — those squiggly red lines usually appear for a reason.

Hi I'm back just to announced I'm making an Rp Reset to restarting all over again, and it will start with this pattern: Off Station > Citi Gateway > The Docks > Gal-Bar. I probably wrote something on the Banter, from time to time.

But then that is all you have at your disposal when engaging in written RP. Whilst intonation can and is used very effectively when engaging in face-to-face role-playing sessions, it is not automatically conveyed within plain text.

Thus, spelling, punctuation, use of emphasis and such all play an important part in board-based RP. As opposed to the general banter that takes place in XBoxland when playing the like of World of Tanks for example, where commentary along the lines of "oi noob, u r fckd m8" is oft encountered, and (usually) simply ignored for what it is and from whom it has emanated.

Anyway, I'm out at the Bug Nebula enjoying the view, and a nice spot of lunch I think, away from the joys of ColdFusion and recalcitrant JQuery (it's actually entirely calcitrant, I'm just an arse who can't use selectors properly, for the tech-heads reading this).

i am fully awere of that, and i am also trying to putt some of my past RP experience into effect, like "yeah, Im the head of the security here" kingsly replied sarcastically

As others have already stated, really pay attention to spelling and grammar.

Make use of formatting and a little bit of colour.
