Pho-Tog81Hi all,
I'm new to the whole role play. Do i just jump in and introduce my character to the scene.?
That's generally how most people so it, yes. Just be sure to give the RP etiquette sections a read first!

Jemine CaesarMarra MorganMe too.StrasnyLadaI may not need it, but I would like to be corrected anyway. See, repeating mistakes or not caring about them is a sign of stupidity or ignorance and I don't want to be either :-)I like you already
Luke3107@IndigoWyrd: For future reference I'd advise you to steer clear of "Elevator Override" Keycards. For one, Inara isn't under Imperial control, so why would it work there, and two, it's very close to touching on the "God Mode" mentioned in the etiquette above. Then again, maybe I'm being overly cautious about it and someone else will tell me so.
There'd be nothing wrong with just having your character slide in through the doors just as they shut, it's a hazard of RP that things can move on just as you see the opportunity to join in, but one most people are happy to accommodate by blurring the lines between what's said and what happened =)
Cartlidge1000Geez all the good banter talk always ends up happening after I've gone to bed.

Tell me about it. Whoever this Daman guy is, he's a pro at roleplayng a delusional incompetent and staying in character!
GiyariI'm actually having trouble working out what's In Character and what's Out Of Character for a few posters...
Cartlidge1000[quote=M. Lehman]I think I'd call it, naively determined, but yeah. I think it's kind of impressive.

Ryan Murdoc Agreed. Sometimes it's really hard to determine between the two.
