Hello, my idea was that the bar has a very old-fashioned neon sign outside.

Currently the Citi Gateway station in Inara, but it will be probably relocated to a different station, closer to the main star (just for the case there will some bar appear in the game in future updates and we will want to consider it as a Ingaba. It will be more practical to has it closer then.)

I just joined not long ago and I am trying to figure out...for roleplaying and I am assuming this is play by post. Where do the character profiles go?

What this means is that actions should be done in a way that gives everyone the opportunity to post. I'm sure we are dealing with many different time zones to boot. For example, one person has yet to post based on the current events. Nikolas. It would be a courteous to wait to give his character the chance to respond to what is going on before plodding ahead.
So something round-robin may look like this
Cartlidge,
Stryker,
Nickolas,
Hersialia,
Rebecca (she is controlling 2 characters, each one should have a chance to act.)
I like this order as it signifies who has appeared in this scene in what order. Cartlidge opened the scene. Stryker responded, Nikolas then eavesdropped, Hersilia tripped over everyone, and Rebecca is hopping in playing SWAT team.
again this is all his is just a suggestion. But personally I will be waiting to post until Nickolas does.
