There is nothing stopping you from placing a rank requirement for your own personal agenda. It is not canon as no rank is required for the FC, just the credits and upkeep. RP'ing this is likely still possible if you use it as a reward for reaching the rank for youself rather than it being restricted until you reach the rank, perhaps you could work it in your RP to have accumulated enough funds to purchase it at the same time as reaching the rank or other restrictions like crew availability or something along those lines. Creatively there are many options, just not a rank restriction.

The Lord is correct; I guess that means, with Synthya still sedated & unconscious in medical recovery, she can't be posting anything in RP:Banter section.

I took the liberty to pass in front of Ao (sorry Ao!) so the plot can move along. We could discuss a time limit for posting, like two or three days, so if someone cannot post, he/she simply skips a turn and the others can continue. What do you think?

Hello, CMDRs.

I just have one question about the roleplay chats. If I am currently in Norma Expanse in-game, do I only have to speak in "Off Station"? Or can the roleplay be anywhere, not a in-game location requirement.

Conventionally, role-play is completely separated from the in-game experiences. The character you play here can be totally different from your game Commander. Actually it's difficult to keep them synchronized, because play-by-forum tends to be quite slower. The biography and the logbook are usually dedicated to the RP character, but no-one will check your actual location, credits, rank, inventory or fleet. So play as you wish!
