Wrathomi woke up from my snooze with my bottle full and wait for a drink
" great now we can get started!" we smiled with excitement
i take my custom sniper rifle and begin to modifying it while i take a drink of my bottle.
i put back on my helmet before i start and all i started welding stuff together with sparks flying and tune my music all the way up to the point i couldnt hear anyone


Did you mean to post this in a different channel or has your character genuinely just woken up and started welding a gun in the middle of a crowded bar? If so I am both bemused and amused.

For sure. A while back I was sitting in a bar in some station I can't remember, and I saw a bunch of guys wheel a full S5 Frame Shift Drive in just so the guy could work on it with a drink...

No clue, I only paid attention when I actually noticed it, already having come through the door. Maybe there's a bigger back entry or something.

Kind of slow in here, huh?

I'm working on a crazy idea and want to hear what some of you think. Here it is: If someone can make a sound background story for non-human commanders in lore for Elite. Would you play as a non-human commander? Still humanoid in build of course to keep is easy for FDev.

To stay within ED, then no unfortunately. Having said that , there is an entire galaxy and the Guardians did exist.

The word "sound" fired a few neurons. Guardian sites and beacons make some huanting sounds. The lore could stretch to a lil Echo in the Void action with a Guardian construct intelligence left behind to teach the later races about their own mistakes with the Thargoids.

Further more, some human settlers will have become isolated. Limited breeding, wacky culture, and a few hundred years tangent development would make such people still very human, but alien in most respects.
