Kasumi Gotosilently sits in the corner, watching
(until te picture gets clean)
Kasumi GotoI don’t think there is any sense to be made here. The poster that got it started doesn’t even have any kind of RP involvement on their profile when I decided to check it out.
Their other two posts on the forum(that I’ve seen)… also don’t make a whole lot of sense either.
Kasumi GotoSo I did a thing… thoughts? (Aka asking for potential feedback.)
Since I’m at this already, I might have a stab at drawing up what I imagine Kira’s totally-not-over the top railgun to look like tomorrow(or, I suppose, later today… seeing as I took a little too long making this).
Also, yes, Azimuth is absolutely willing to pay that kind of money for a single person. For anyone with dubious morals, that is… and if they can figure her out.
Kasumi GotoAzimuth will (probably) continue to look regardless of what occurs, excluding death at least.
It would also require your character both knowing that Kasumi is Kira, and that she is the one being looked for in that thingy. Which is not a thing that circulates publicly… because Azimuth are totally pretending to be not-so-bad-guys anymore. Putting out a bounty of that size and with those informations would raise questions.

Kasumi GotoI’ve got my own story to tell with Kira, and currently, I don’t plan on doing anything beyond what she is doing to keep out of Azimuth’s sights. So your offer is appreciated, but not necessary.
And I can’t tell much from that description of the plasma charger-based weapon. The gauss one, well, I’m not exactly a weapons expert but 20 targets in a line seems hard, not necessarily due to the shot’s own power, but getting deviated by targets as it goes along.
(There will also never be a practical scenario where you’ll find 20 scavs lined up for you to take shots at. But railguns used on humans is not going to make for a pretty result, regardless of circumstances.)
It would definitely go through at least two… even current-day sniper rifles(ones of the 50 cal variety, for sure) can kill two humans in one shot… or leave the second one very much wishing they were dead, at least.
Kasumi Gotoeven current-day sniper rifles(ones of the 50 cal variety, for sure) can kill two humans in one shot…More than that. Even 7.62x51 / 7.62x54R could do that, if both targets aren't wearing any armour. And .50 is just devastating.
SUTTORADThat shot from Gauss have so much kinetic energy that cant be deviated. Interesting it will be if there will be present electromagnet strong enough to even move ship.
Creamy Goodness III
Kasumi and Willow are almost the same. One of them is more killer-ree than the other, but still...
That write up gives Kasumi easy to find depth, and plenty of hooks for others to get involved with.
Good choice.
