I've not noticed this myself and I would imagine it would be hard to say one way or the other as Terrorist Attack is one of the spontaneous states that can occur arbitrarily. They don't depend on minor faction states or system influence levels.

Could someone explain me sth, plz ? I'm supporting a MF but sth strange happened in the system : 2 MF that were fighting in a civil war less than 10 days ago started fighting in a war very few days after the end of the civil war. I thought wars were only if there is an attempt of invasion.. Am I wrong ?

Wars happen whenever, like you said, a faction expands into the system that already has the maximum number of MF it can hold or they can start whenever two factions end up having matching influence % and at least one of the factions is holding an asset (such as a station, orbital installation or ground settlement).
If the factions are the same government type then instead of a war it will be an election instead. The victor of the conflict regardless of type will gain or maintain control of the asset (if both factions have an asset then both of them will risk losing their most valuable asset).

And that's why I don't get it..
- invasion > war
- % influence match > civil war
So how is it possible that 2 MFs that have been in the same system for weeks start a war ? What's more immediately after fighting each other in a CW ? I could understand if they were starting a 2nd CW, but a war ??

Look the security and economic bars state, in both cases, on civil war and a war states.
Civil war it's a war between mf natives no democratic, if are democratic goes to election. And a war between factions of another systems that they jump into the system or another faction jump there and equals influence.

I read a lot about this & think I understood the way it's going.. What I don't is how 2 factions that are in the same system for weeks can fight each other in a war, not a civil war. Odder thing is that they've already been opposed in a civil war a few days before being at (simple) war

It's strange, that they've been around for two weeks doesn't make them native, that's why it's a simple war, not a civil war. The civil war is only between the natives (original factions of the system) of different types of government. I don't know how it started but looking at the status bars can reveal a lot.

My brother and I have been flying around in multi-crew, hunting npc pirates with an interdictor. Sometimes, the interdictor just won't respond at all. No "Get behind target," no "out of range" no reaction the the button being pushed at all. We checked, and we have enough power, it's assigned to a proper fire group, and even if this happens when you just don't have enough mass/a high enough grade of interdictor for the npc's mass, a Vulture should have zero problem interdiction a Sidewinder.
We just encountered this issue again, and this time were flying a FDL trying to interdict a Viper. We've interdicted Vipers before. Does anyone know anything about this? Or even something vaguely similar? This has happened several(more than 4) times with many differing ship models, and is becoming more of an irritation than an inconvience.

I just came back after a while…. Im noticing that in the last days of searching on inara’s commodoties market that minerals are verry low… is it just casual unluck or prices have crashed? Pinite 200k (instead of 400k) musgravite 300k (instead of 800k) low temp. Diamons 150k (instead of 500k)… and so on… only platinum seems good….
Are there less players reporting data?
Do I have to use ingame tools for better luck?
Thank you
And…. ELITE 4 LIFE
(If there are some italians starting Elite I started a youtube channel in Italian to explaine the game (simulator) search for peke86)
Ps: I have fleetcarrier and all full engenired ships
