Sir-DukeYuna SakashiroIt's amazing how bugged even the most basic content is in this game. ~~~
I found my personal arch-enemy in the Odyssey covered/nonviolent theft missions.
You sneak and stealth through the settlement, with the worst possible game mechanics;
and taking about 20 to 30 minutes of your time.
Somehow you manage to get right where you need to be....
...only to find the game NOT spawn your mission item.
Makes me angry all the time
All the reason to let those Missions rot away and never do them in the first place.

Ilift13Just coming back to ED after a bit, what is the new storage tab on the right panel?
It is for items used in Suit upgrades. You can store 1000 on your carrier. But if they are on your carrier, they are not on your person, and you can't use them to upgrade at store or with engineers. I thought I lost all my items once when I transferred all to the carrier and then could no longer do upgrades.

MiseriReally , do you think we have the player base to actually survive a full scale realistic war with the Goids if Fdev wanted to drop it on us
Personally I wonder about FC being attacked the way stations have been in the past, with so many of them out there now there is almost not a reason to make them have to fend for themselves if something like a war happened it would make sense.
Yes. If we switch a group of Thargoids over to a Human Imprint, it's a very hard co-existence but some humans could handle the bond.
More info on the Thargoid / Human unity project here.

No nightvision in the bubble without Oden Geiger
and no Geiger without Terra Velasquez;
no Velasquez without covered theft

I don't know if this has been fixed but it used to be only Covert Heist missions actually counted and not Covert Theft. And then only after exiting to main menu.

Yes, but it isn't stated anywhere that you have to do non-violent Missions for Terra Velasquez. Forget them and do the normal Covert Theft and Covert Heist ones, 6 of each. Don't forget to relog completely out of the game afterwards, otherwise no Update. Or so it was at least with me back then.
It is helpful to have a gun with Noise Suppression and Audio Masking at hand, but it always just comes down to if the Alarms go off or not.
Forget all the sneaking around and locate where the NPC with the highest Clearance is located. Follow its walking pattern, where it stands for how long and so forth. Find a spot where you can clone the Clearance level without being seen by it.
Next to a remote Terminal and mark where the Settlement Alarms are located. Go there, disable and then slaughter whatever is in your way. Remember that the NPCs will run to the place where they last heard the shots, so if you're into surprise kills better stow that weapon and run away, just to attack from a different angle.
This might net you with Notoriety depending what you attack but it's only for a total of 12 Missions (6 Covert Theft and 6 Covert Heists), just stay online overnight and you'll be clean as a whistle the next day.

I was able to unlock Terra by submitting a ticket to Fdev.

You only need to do 6 total, not 6 each.

KurakilWhat is the "standard" for ship sensors? D-Rated Long-Range? D-Rated Lightweight? A-rated Lightweight?
There is no standard. We make jokes about people that just like the D. But you are right -- that's the lightest one. Depends on what you are doing. Do you need to see people from far away? Or are you happy seeing them after they are behind you and firing? Perhaps you are running cold with boost and side thrusters on hot keys? There are dodge technics for all weapons... but that isn't what you were asking either.
