I am trying to exploit Edmunds position by making trade credits at 20% more space cash.
Its a pain in the but, even with INARA.
Any tips?

Okay, dumb question, but I'm looking to replace my AspX with a Phantom, but I'm not sure whether or not I can get the same sort of jump range with the same general loadout (including a G5 FSD)

Phantom has always been my go to exploration ship, if that's what you're intending to use it for.

So those Premade FSD drives are G5 equivalent or no? im curious because I have an interest in testing them out comparing a Pre-engineered drive vs my current max FSD i just have not gotten one of them yet, ill likely stick it in my DBX or Lakon 7 once I do regardless, Im just being curious because I see people highly recommend the Broker tech stuff and i assume thats because it comes out close to max or max and with out the headache of gathering ALL the other stuff, just what you need to trade in for it

It is like a regular fully engineered FSD but with Increased Range and Faster Boot Sequence (which also has a range increase), so it is always better than a regular fully engineered FSD. You do have to add your own experimental.

Yes, you can use it without experimental effect but the full potential is achieved only if you add mass manager at any FSD engineer.

How does one increase the Soldier and Hunter rankings in Inara?

If you hoover the mouse you can see what is required.

Soldier badge - bonds from space CZ
Hunter badge - bounty vauchers from space combat
Mercenary badge - surface CZ bonds.


Soldier badge is any combat bonds redeemed, space or ground. Mercenary badge is ground CZ only and based on outcome of engagements, not bonds. Hunter badge is any bounty redeemed, ships or on-foot. Inara will often not update until you leave the game and log in again.
