Has the ability to sell them at carriers been unlocked then?

Seem to recall recently a few posts on the forum that they cannot be traded at carriers.

Mind you this does still allow for trade via exchanging cargo directly of course.

I haven't checked either, but I saw it mentioned on FDev's forum.

It took them only half a decade from feature request to implementation.

Because the site's owner decided to make it an English-language site.

I will correct the statement - because the Spanish translation needs a revision for the latest changes and nobody did it yet. So until it will be done, the Spanish language is not "officially" available for selection. As the original translation reviewer is busy, I have asked another person just yesterday if he wants to take the role, so maybe there will be some movement in that regard.

Escribe 4 al final de lenguaje= en la barra de direcciones y te saldrá en español. Si no te saliera, selecciona idioma inglés y ahí podrás cambiarlo por el 4. Luego guarda como favorito.
