Jarvis JamesonDavinci XNeed some advice from the community on my Vulture build and loadout for PvE bounty hunting. This is what I've built and engineered so far .

I've also used her as a combat fighter in conflict zones, recently in the the Torval Mining Ltd vs the Torval Blue Life Inc CG. I do switch out the fuel scoop for a 4D MRD and the kill warrant scanner for an additional shield booster or chaff when I take her into CZs. She's acquitted herself well so far.
Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions.

Alright, so first, I recommend using EDSY over any other ship building site. This is because EDSY is kept up-to-date, and is updated with new modules as well as revisions on calculations much more quickly.
IMO, the UI is better as well. That's subjective, however.
There are some things you could do better, in my humble opinion, and I will explain why. I will also present a fully-G5'd link for you.
First, the star of the show: Weapons. There's zero benefit to using that pulse laser over another overcharged incendiary multicannon. The multicannon does more damage, has less distro draw, and not enough ammo to keep firing before you finally run out of WEP power anyway. So swap that out for another dakka cannon. You will see a huge gain in damage output for this. Simple as that here.
Armour: Swap the military bulkheads for reactive (The most expensive ones). Mod for thermal resist with layered plating. Why? Not only does this give equally balanced resistances without any HRPs, but it also makes your ship have less mass, resulting in improved flight performance. Far better choice for a combat ship.
Shield boosters: The resistance augmented is great, but swap the thermal resistant one for another heavy duty. You'll get more shielding all around for it.
Kill Warrant Scanner: A-rated scanners here are a waste of power for little gain. Reduce it down to a C-rated one. I use one on almost all my flights on my Cobra Mk IV, the Ethereal Wanderer, a ship that has far less power constraints than a Vulture. Trust me when I say this: You do not need the range afforded by an A-rated scanner. Still use the fast scan mod, as that completely negates the range issue in due time. At G5, it scans in a mere two seconds.
Sensors: A-rate and long range. The gain in situational awareness is a big deal, and outweighs the tiny loss of speed IMO. So small it's irrelevant as a "loss", here. I hold the opinion that D-rating sensors is not worth the loss in situational awareness, especially in PvE like you are looking for here.
Make these changes and the Drake's Fury will be a significantly better fighting vessel for it.

EDIT: I will make one last, entirely optional suggestion. To me, a ship isn't truly a bounty hunter without an FSD interdictor. While I suspect this is made for Resource Extraction Sites and the like, Swapping one of the C1 HRP's will be of no great loss to defensive properties, and increases the felxibility of your ship a lot.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to offer advice and suggestions Jarvis. o7
Looks like a fun build and ammo for the 2 MC's is no issue really as one can synthesize it if needed, which I have to do for the one I use already.
Aye. That A rated kill warrant scanner is a power hog, and ddding an FSD interdictor is a great idea.
EDIT: Question, which class rated FSD interdictor would you recommend? A, B, C, or D?
