Rho Tefnutet is a genefreak: it usually being either a heavily altered human or a human consciousness implanted into the artificially designed body. His first meeting with Bloodbound Harvest was roughly back in the late 3303 when he was caught hauling restricted weaponry into Reightler Dock (Draguan Nu). After a brave but brief engagement, Rho had been apprehended then interrogated by Ingrid Elfridr only to be given a choice to either leave empty-handed or join the common cause of the New Republic. He was quickly nicknamed Mugface due to coffee addiction.

The genefreak became quite accomodated to Draguan Nu as a new home, gaining trust of its people. At least until the Empire used Brotherhood of Draguan Nu as a proxy. After the short loss of control over Reightler Dock, it turned out that Mug has been filing information to the Empire due to his quite pro-Imperial views and heavy interest into its customs. His views quickly switched however as the Nova Imperium's supporters were dealt quickly and without any mercy, twisting the genefreak's support into disgust with the Empire. It was one of the reasons why Rho was never expelled from Reightler Dock or killed on sight for technical treason.

With dissolution of the Imperial network on Reightler Dock, Rho moved towards ad hoc bounty hunting and research, still clashing with one of the Security Officers, what led him into the correctional period on Valhalla. He came back slightly changed and a bit more disciplined, although nothing could get rid of Rho's ability to piss off people with a big mouth. However, presence on Valhalla assured Ingrid that Rho should never be given a serious leadership position due to short temper, ambition and unorthodox ways of solving problems that happen to be risky and dangerous.

Up to date, he stayed in the labs and got held of being an independent journalist, but the recent events pushed him back into space combat for a brief moment, only to return to his research and diplomatic duties.
