Born in the Sol system to a wealthy merchant family, Xander just so happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. En route to Fuji, the trade ship belonging to his father was sacked by local pirates. At age 6, Xander was taken hostage aboard their clan's flagship "Baby Doll Gorgeous".

When it was determined that noone was going to pay the ransom for the boy, rather than sell him to slavery they decided to make him one of their own. He grew throughout the years as part of their family, only knowing the truth of his past at the coming of 18. Years later his clan took part in a conflict against the Diamond Frogs mercenary group; losing many clansmembers would lead to its eventual dissolution.

With a battered Vulture and a handful of credits, Xander made the long arduous journey back to Sol until a fateful intercept occurred; only this time the intercept wasn't another obscure pirate faction. A representative of Ghost Legion, a rather secretive group of war veterans, saw his potential in the prior conflict. With the gesture of 5 million credits, he offered new home and family.

So begins the Journey.
