CMDR NewkTV was born on 7 DEC 3279 aboard the Levi-Montalcini Dock in the system of Othime. CMDR NewkTV learned the importance of self-defense, space colonization and independence. On 9 SEP 3301, CMDR NewkTV organized a militia of pilots known as The Forgotten Initiative. The Federation, fought to take control of Othime, they wanted to strip it from it's independent state. Due to the systems civil unrest, The Forgotten Initiative took to The Gnosis (A Mega-Ship owned by Cannon) and prepared themselves for deep-space exploration. On 6 SEP 3304, The Gnosis was attacked by Thargoids. The Forgotten Initiative traveled back to Othime and delivered anti-federation propaganda along the way. They grew to a Minor Faction and took control of Othime.

10TH: KNOW YOUR BACKGROUND
- We are a group of CMDRs who were originally organized to jump into The Cone Sector FN-J b9-0 on September 6th aboard The Gnosis. Our original plan was to stay behind in the Cone Sector after The Gnosis departed and colonize the region... Needless to say Thargoids intervened and Hyperdicted The Gnosis before she could jump into The Cone Sector causing an all out war! Some of our CMDRs fought against this new swarm of alien scum. Some were only equipped for exploration and had to abandon The Gnosis. We decided to keep the Initiative alive and establish ourselves elsewhere in the galaxy.
