Born within Empire borders but schooled and traveled in systems bordering federation space, Brian's development was heavily influenced by federation culture, music, and politics. He never conformed to the niceties or expectations of the Empire cast system and often interacted with and befriended children within lower casts. As Brian matured, became disenchanted with the empire after seeing how those less fortunate than him and his family lived. Brian isn’t from a particularly wealthy family but they are well off thanks to their modest manufacturing services which produces proprietary technology for database management used on luxury class imperial ships.
