Very little is known of Kaisla’s actual birth and upbringing. Orphanage records and general disposition indicates a family lineage from Ancient Earth and that her family was one of the early exploration candidates, embarking on beta-series expeditions likely pioneering on the outskirts of what is now the known bubble. Her latest (and last foster family before adult-hood) worked salvage operations within Eravate where Kaisla quickly learned to pilot spacecraft, often flying her foster-Father's Diamondback Explorer. Kaisla joined the Federation Fleet and quickly made the rank of Warrant Officer flying smaller interdiction fighters and freight escort before transferring to short-haul freighters. Reason for transfer is unknown.

Her disposition is described as curt and reserved. Kaisla was released from Federation service in May of 3303. No current records have been able to identify activities conducted from May 3303 until March of 3304, historical logs indicate 6,209 trade and deep-core mining transactions across various systems. Kaisla earned a reputation for never failing a contract and her reputation soon demanded only lucrative trade contracts, her average profit soaring to $6.7 million credits within six months. Sources indicate she often refused trade contracts for less than $10 million credits. Records and various sources also indicate she entertained passenger transport throughout this period. Although the exact number of passengers is unknown. Often the records are incomplete or the passenger manifests are tampered with. One source indicated that she often carried “powerful business contracts or passengers that didn’t want to be have their movements tracked.” Although dependable and unshakable, she earned a reputation as an aggressive Commander. She refused to renegotiate and has been known to jettison passengers who refused to pay or demand anything outside of the per-manifest contract (at least 30 people have gone missing after being seen boarding one of her suspected vessel’s). Station surveillance and docking manifests indicate she piloted a heavily-armed Falcon-Delacy Python or Anaconda. She earned a reputation as a confidential business-woman and a fierce trader, often destroying other ships that would attempt to interdict for passengers or cargo. It is confirmed she is allied amongst at least 12 major factions through-out the human bubble although the exact number is unknown. At some point during this time, she mysteriously gained the rank of Duke within the Imperial Fleet.

Some sources indicate that she has been seen piloting a highly-modified and engineered Lakon ASP Explorer and that is also, likely, the only place that she ever sleeps (she is known to have heavily-secured private quarters on her other ships but nobody besides her has been inside of the Explorer and there are no official records to indicate she has ever utilized outside sources for maintenance or internal upgrades).
Although having submitted 631 bounties amounting to roughly $42.8 million Credits and having earned 88 fines across various systems amounting to only 187,000, she has no notoriety or current criminal history. It is suspected and reasonable to assume, Kaisla has conducted criminal activities recently or in the past. Investigations are on-going. Kaisla’s exact wealth is unknown. Records of transactions were either done in cash and therefore untraceable or, mysteriously disappeared shortly after she departed stations. Yet, based on surveillance and station logs, it can be assumed that her net worth is well over $800 million Credits or more.
Her current location is unknown although she hasn’t been seen entering populated space in some 2 months. The location of other ships (if she still owns them or if they still exist) is also unknown.

Predictably, the Federation has no information of known personal associations.
