Born on Rhea 3, Arashi has lived a happy and peaceful childhood. Excelled in his academics and possessed exceptional analytical capabilities, Arashi brought his talents with him when he joined Federal Liberal Command's Starfleet academy. Arashi spent the years at the academy expanding his knowledge and honing his skills to become a competent pilot. On his downtime, he enjoys transporting goods for people as well as exploring distant stars.
