Cmdr Tango Indigo was born in the Achenar system, on Conversion. As such, the Imperial Navy career was to be expected for him, and he did so. A veteran of wars, he joined Lavigny's Legion and fought many battles, including the Great War of Carthage. When the thargoids reappeared in 3303 Tango understood that a greater enemy was at the gates, and the conflict between the Empire and Federation would only rush humanity's downfall.

With an old friend he recruited for the Pilot's Federation (much like how he himself had been recruited before) and a new one he met in the black, he created the Highly Unlikely Space Force. For a time he even joined Anti-Xeno Enactenment and battled against the invading aliens. With little to no progress being made against the invaders, Tango decided to change his approach.

He went to the Starter Systems and started training and recruiting new pilots, often going to lengths of helping them get enough assets to start building their fleet. He could often be be found patrolling Kini from time to time.

Not much later he renounced his Imperial upbringings and went full privateer, a man of his own destiny, and tales tell he could be hired for the right price. Tango, however, never went against his ideals, and those start with mankind in the first place. When asked about how many human pilots he took down he usually starts his answer with "I never killed anyone who didn't shoot me first...".

Tango retired from the Pilot's Federation in Sept 6th, 3304 and lived alone in a wooden house by a lake at Founder's World. He would say he's happy with all the things he accomplished in his days as a commander, but not a single night passed when he didn't look up to the sky.

By December 3304 new advancements in sensors and warheads brought him back to the cockpit and he can again be found flying where one would least expect.
