Most people don’t get to make scientific contributions or discoveries in their everyday lives, but we’re all born explorers, curious and intrinsically interested in other humans - all other life. We want to find out more about other living things, and about ourselves and our past.

Of Richard, out of Amelia, I have a passion for archeology, exploration, and ancient artifacts. Founder of the squadron RAF 253 Viceroy, this group is a small group of like-minded explorers and a hat-tip to my 43rd-great grandfathers' squadron who fought during the Second World War. In researching and tracing my family history back to the 20th century, I learned that, from pure mathematics of ancestry, I'm the by-product of over seventy trillion individuals that led to me, at this moment, doing whatever I'm doing. That is an immense amount of pressure to ensure that, in everything I do, I'm bettering humanity, and, ultimately, this galaxy.
