Federation Auxiliary Navy Rear Admiral Vincenzo was born in LHS 3589 at the Appel Orbital Scientific outpost in 3270. He is the first of two from a family of engineer and scientist who helped build and design the Appel Orbital Station. After completing his studies in engineering at Roosa Gateway, CMDR Cluster Fox moved to LHS 3505 and was offered a flying position from the Federation of Pilots on a Loaned Sidewinder. Starting with some courier mission for the Federal Navy, he slowly worked his way up and built his skills bounty hunting in the rings of his well known home system LHS 3589.

In 3301, he signed up for land based combat with Cameron's highlanders in a Blackjack BJ-1 inherited from his grandfather. Many contracts were fought for the factions of the outer rims of the Inner Sphere. Most people call it the bubble nowadays, but traditions and history dies hard in the culture of Canadian Space Enterprise. In 3305, he co-founded Cameron's Combat Services, an aerospace mercenary division for Cameron's Highlanders. He was quickly rejoined by fellow MechWarrior pilots who willingly wanted to take to the void.
