CMDR Gene Comrey is a freelance agent, with a preference for bounty hunting, data/cargo transport, mining operations and mercenary work. When not under contract, Comrey has been known to venture into deep space, sometimes for months at a time. Comrey has also been known to participate in anti-xeno operations, taking up arms against the Thargoid menace, first in the Witch Head Nebula, and later in the bubble as the xeno threat invaded human-controlled space. He was last seen during the Battle of Shinrarta Dezhra, racking up 157 confirmed Thargoid kills in his Anaconda CC-73U "Hades".
