Teddy Coldland, also known as the commander of the azure fleet, is a commander who excels in jumping from activity to activity wanting to make as much money as possible. She supports the Imperial Navy and not those digusting glue-sniffing, window lickers known as the federation. Her ultimate goal is to aquire "the Azure Dragon" a fleet carrier to house her stuff in.
