Commander Jack "Doc" McKenzie was born in 3279. As he grew up aboard Spedding Orbital station he learned more and more about the galaxy and with the latest innovation by the Sirius Corporation, The Frame Shift Drive, taking the galaxy by storm, he knew precisely what he wanted to do. After many months with the Pilot's Federation he attained his Pilot License on Christmas Day 3302. From there he worked as a trader, hauling commodities from station to station to build up his credit balance and ship size. After many years of work he achieved a great deal and now has a wide range of ships to fly, outfitted just about anything the galaxy could ask of an Elite Pilot's Federation commander.

There are gaps in Jack's career record, most notably where he took a long break to travel the stars after he gained his license. With the invention of the Frame Shift Drive, interstellar travel was now more accessible and less time consuming than ever, a fact Jack took advantage of as he spent a year or two flying the bubble and taking in the sights. After some time he wished his ship could do more than just take him from station to station. So he fitted his ship with some cargo racks, spent a good deal of time performing market research and started earning credits. With every milestone, he purchased a new ship that could perform far better than whatever he had left behind. From a Sidewinder to a hauler, to a Type-6, to a Type-7 then finally a Type-9 Heavy. Finally, as a respected trader in many stations, he began to branch out and meet other commanders in more than just passing.


Career Highlights:

25th December 3302: Acquires license from Pilot's Federation. Takes the moniker Cmdr DocJack, a combination of his real name and nickname.

20th December 3305: Achieves Elite status with the Pilot's Federation under the trade discipline.

27th December 3305: Becomes certified to operate as a Fuel Rat.

16th January - 10th April 3306: Takes part in Operation HOT-MESS (Hutton Orbital Truckers-Mug Every Single Station). Is the #1 CMDR with 2,747 deliveries made.

2nd July 3306: Achieves Elite status with the Pilot's Federation under the exploration discipline.

22nd September 3307: Achieves Elite I with the Pilot's Federation under the trade discipline.

28th September 3307: Achieves Elite II with the Pilot's Federation under the trade discipline almost entirely through smuggling of illegal goods.
