Born in 3267 in Wilson city Station, Apala, Roen Duvalion, known as CMD Duvalion, is the only child from Nathys Duvalion and Enael Azratt, both traders using an old type seven.
Keen on spaceship, Roen learned early to pilot and to repair ships. At 15 his father gave him his first sidewinder named Prosecco. Roen start his carrer of pilot delivering valuables datas, recovering Blackbox and also smuggling alcool, tabac o and weapons.
At 18 Roen decided to enrol in Federal navy. He served 12 years and retired as Rear amiral.
