Commander Masyua, Born November 8th 3281, Started out as a humble planet side miner from the small but easygoing star system of Hembal.

During his early teen years in Hembal, there was a large incursion of pirates, the pirates were seeking to take multiple extraction sites on Hembal 8. During their attacks on the sites, the workers well equipped with defensive sites and weapons attempted to halt the advance of the pirates for as long as they could. As the young Masyua watched from inside of a habitat near by he noticed a extremely large and black cloud with what appeared to be lightning coming from it, as he watched with curiosity a large ship slowly came out of the mass of cloud and lightning, bearing the mark of the federation, A Farragut-Class Battle Cruiser with the name FNS Fortitude bares its fury and might over the skies. A flurry of pirate and federation ships clash over the skies of the extraction site causing him to guak in awe of the huge federation ships and smaller but nimble pirate ships clash sparking a fire in him to leave behind his small mining life and become a Federation alleged mercenary commander.

For most of his late teen years, Masyua worked to climb the ranks of the federation and help the small colonies of the federation strive and grow. Along the way, he was drawn to a growing urge to leave the know bubble and attempt to explore deeper into the galaxy, in the new pursuit of exploration he stumbles across rumors of a fleet of federation ships heading to HIP 17044 to try and acquire data from a researcher and need help from any high ranked federation reservists. He took up the call and boarded a federal escort ship to follow behind the main fleet. As they entered the system and got to a destination a strange alien looking ship appeared and attacked the fleet, try as everyone could they were no match for the threat causing the capital ship FNS Fortitude to fall leaving only him and a few federation ships to flee.

After the events of the second thargoid war began, Commander Masyua went into a state of darkness not being seen again until late 3310, where he took up xenobiology and flew towards the hawking's gap and placed his foot on as many planets containing life as he could leaving him to his own adventures alone, in the deep yet beautiful black abyss.
