History: Amata was born and raised on Stephens Enterprise, an Imperial Ocellus Starport in Burojinura, as the only daughter to a family of clients. As such she lived a rather priviledged life inside Imperial society while growing up, her wardrobe and other belongings, while not as numerous as those of true royalty, always made by the finest manufacturers inside the Empire.

Before attending a girls' boarding school on Capitol Amata spent most of her childhood in one of her home station's parks, looking up and watching the different ships pass by the transparent ceiling of the rotating ring before entering or after leaving supercruise, wondering how many of their pilots just finished their training in the nearby Pilots' Federation District. Whenever she had the chance she accompanied her parents to the docks, soaking in every detail of the massive ships landed there. On very rare occasions they even allowed her to come along when travelling to the planet below, visiting MacVicar Depot on Burojinura A 3, a Federal planetary outpost. While remembering those short trips on a ship fondly it also confronted Amata with images she would never forget (see "Personality" below).

Not wanting to spend the rest of her life inside a spacestation eventually taking over her parents' duties and/or ending up in an arranged marriage like several of her schoolmates she ultimately convinced her parents to sponsor her application to become a pilot herself, leaving those responsibilites with her brothers.

Personality: Amata most certainly enjoys the more pleasurable aspects of life, those who don't know her very well might even call her a hedonist. One should not mistake her for an airheaded "It Girl" though. She graduated one of the more prestigous schools on Capitol after all, and is certainly aware of the problems others might have.

She learned this lesson first while visiting MacVicar Depot, seeing first hand the slums and other effects of poverty that are not uncommon within the Federation due to its lack of a social security net. Especially the sight of hungry people in rags, sleeping in cardbord boxes or on benches, something unthinkable inside the Empire, left a huge imprint on the young girl's mind. That is why she will always defend the Imperial way of life, including its version of slavery, as the superior system compared to the Federal one, even though she will admit that the Empire has its flaws as well.

Personal Equipment: A trained eye might recognize that her Remlok suit is not the mass-produced standard version you'll find in any pilot equipment store, but one of the more exclusive made-to-measure ones as it accentuates her curves quite advantageously.
