Born to wealthy parents in Colonia, CJ has expressed from a young age the aspirations of becoming a journalist. She would hold her own newscasts the end of every week on the dealings of her household. Her parents and siblings would all be in attendance to listen to her. After turning 13, her parents paid for her to intern at local Colonia radio stations. She learned a lot from the deejays and anchors at the stations to which she put to use on her own programs.

From home with help of her sister and friends, she started her own weekly newscast for all things related to Colonia. The people of the Milky Way needed to know about what goes on here. Population is low and expansion by word of mouth is the only way it's going to move forward. When Galnet took a hiatus from broadcasting, CJ's group put their collective minds together to revive Galnet, but open it up to the further reaches of the Galaxy, namely Colonia. They recently started "Colonia Affairs" to spread the word about Colonia. Colonia Affairs gained a lot of attention. So much that it is about to become a separate program.
