The Altar is the principal fleet carrier of the Cult. Its permanent position is above the rings of San Tu 3. Ships and modules can be safely stored there - the carrier will not be moved from this location.
The services provided at The Altar are for the use of the PvP community in San Tu. There is no service charge attached to using them.
Trade from the Altar supports its running costs. If the market is used by the community to its full potential, this could be expanded to support PvPers with engineer and tech broker unlocks.
