CMDR Mallardi was born on Dyson Hub in the Rhiannon system, the son of machinists working for Brigedd's Well Purification Company. His modest upbringing was quiet. Rhiannon was an uninteresting place, mostly quiet other than materials and ore deliveries. Mallardi found his love for spacefaring starting out maintaining some of the local mining ships and freight haulers. Since getting his license, he and his family have mostly permanently moved onto their Asp Explorer, and often take long journies of discovery together.
