Jaya Hendrix is a staunch defender of the Alliance. She enlisted at young age in the ADF, participating in several tours of duty. Later, she returned to her home system and became a political leader, being considered a savior, as she both defended the territories from invaders and later implemented reforms that brought the region back to the map of notable systems of the Alliance. She counted on CMDR Akanaeth for these achievements, then an agent and combatant for the superpower at the time.
With her affairs in order, Jaya decided to take her combat and administrative experiences to the fringes of the Alliance territories. She still maintains close ties with Akanaeth, providing diplomatic and consulting services to his Squadron. Therefore, she is also considered part of the Tupi Wing.
