Born in the Mulingu system, Arvid was one who tried to handle things on his own. Raised in a house of local government political figures, he was well educated. As he grew into his teenage years he knew that yelling in a council room would do nothing for these problems so he went out to change what he could by action directed by his experiences. Joining the pilots academy was the first step in in his journey to bring the world into balance
