Born on Sol as the oldest child of a somewhat wealthy family. However, soon after Victor gained his Pilot's Federation License, the family fortune was very quickly decimated as Victor and his siblings chose to go to college. Due to lack of funds, Victor was forced to drop out of Sol Engineering School and find a way to make cash, which caused him to take up mercenary work, something which Victor discovered he was talented in. During his travels collecting bounties and combat bonds, Victor gained a great distaste for both the Empire and the Alliance, and is now in the employ of the RFOV
