Born in Asellus Primus, father died in a civil war, and signed to join the pilots federation at a young age, Karper as he is known enjoys political and diplomatic happenings in life and currently works as a Squadron Admiral of the After Earth Stellar Alliance and represents them in interstellar politics, as a side job he pledges himself to Senator Denton Patreus to secure a future for the Empire

His early spacefaring life was almost soley trade and peddling cheap commodities, until a friend shared that veterans of the same group that killed his father were holding out in the Brani system
Karper went on a spree, massacaring the faction for money, and settled for hauling VIPs across the bubble, to save for his first anaconda

He never settled for years, a home followed by another home, and learnt skills over all that time, his application of his skills coming to a head in the thargoid invasion of 3305

After the invasion, he settled in the After Earth Stellar Alliance, and organised their first expedition, his presence was secured by AESA after, upon signing up for the DSSA, the squadron came together to fill his carrier with the tritium required in just 4 days, he owes his entire being to them and defaults to this event for any example of comradry whenever he needs his spirit bolstered; his knowledge of BGS got him involved in the Admiralty and he ascended to the rank of Squadron Admiral as a result

After the stepping down of the founder, and the formation of the Senior Officer corp, he is the only active Admiral of the democracy, and uses his knowledge in politics and diplomacy to further his interests and those of his friends and allies, some call him overly detailed and concerned with minor details, others call him weak and too pacifistic, but in all occasions he has never claimed a "loss" in diplomacy, and regularly makes predictions on the state of galactic affairs

Karper has, in the most recent years helped Reforge Aegis push themselves into the galactic scene and with them and local factions, spearheaded a defence of the Southern Edge region from the Indra titan, been voted into the Security Council position of the Anti-Club Accords, and with them have the singular desire to see Xi Wandga, the home of his first squadron, Sanctuary Inc , put back in charge of the system they claim

His current goals outside of his own is the continuation and betterment of the Empire, he believes in the words of Aisling Duval, her influence gained her his pledge, but it was Denton Patreus who won in recent times, his hard stance on those who would bring the Empire harm, and on terrorists, gave him a sense of patriotism; the community of the Sentator and Admiral have a signed notice from him that he has his own place of residence in His own capital, and stocks in the bank of Eotienses, Karper has neatly placed himself in a position where he feels comfortable in Imperial society, but his personal goals remain incomplete

For the remainder of his time, Karper has been open about his goals

1) Finish attaining his wealth of 100 Billion credits, of which he is half way through completion
2) Destroy the Indra titan and free AESA from its shadow
3) After supporting the Empire to his bodies limit, retire in Eotienses and live a life of Imperial luxery
4) See the disarmment of the bubble and a vision of peace spread across Human space, which he is aware is almost certainly impossible
