Commander Wyl Fearion was born in the year 3252 and is one of the most renowned space commanders in the Milky Way galaxy. He has served in several capacities throughout his career, making a name for himself as a seasoned veteran of the spacefaring world. His expertise and leadership skills makes him a valuable asset to the galaxy, and he is respected by both allies and enemies alike.

Growing up in the Sol system, Wyl always had a fascination with space travel and exploration. He was particularly drawn to the dangers and excitement of space combat and soon began training to become a member of the Pilots Federation. In the year 3272, Wyl joined the Imperial Navy and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming one of the youngest Kings in the fleet. Wyl also served time in the Federation military and gained the rank of Admiral.

Wyl's bravery and tactical acumen quickly earned him recognition, and he was soon appointed to lead larger military forces, which ultimately resulted in the defeat of several hostile human and alien forces that threatened the galaxy.

Over the years, Wyl's reputation has grown, and he is well known as a master of strategic operations, leading several successful missions to defend the galaxy from various threats. His leadership skills and unwavering commitment to the safety of the galaxy earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Diamond Star Award and the Order of the Milky Way.

Wyl has since retired from active military duty and is now a mentor to the next generation of space commanders. Commander Fearion, who now goes by his designation Foxtrot Echo One (FE1), is the High Magistrate of the Independent Vortex Continuum Faction, founded in 3302. FE1 helps shape the education and training of new commanders. Ensuring that the galaxy is always protected by the best and brightest both in combat and in spirit. The official headquarters for FE1 and his Vortex Squadron is in LTT 7126 at Phillifent dock. This is the Vortex Continuum's "Forever Home".

FE1 founded the Vortex Squadron in 3300. This is a very elite group of tactical strike commanders that come together to protect humanity when needed. Known as the Vortex Elite Counsel, this group of individuals are laser focused on their mission to rid the galaxy of the Thargoid threat.

FE1 continues to save human lives by confronting the Thargoid invasion in human space and outer regions. Together with the Vortex Squadron and the Anti Xeno Elites (AXE) Initiative, the mission to find a resolution and end this conflict continues to be a top priority.

In 3309, Wyl founded the Thargoid University. A place where newer Commanders whom are not as familiar with the Thargoid war can get current information and assistance getting started defending the galaxy from the Thargoids. Training and Classes are currently being held on FE1's flagship Fleet Carrier, Cygnus-Prime located somewhere near the frontlines of the Thargoid war.
