Eat, Sleep, Fly, Repeat...

Zen was born into an aristocratic family in BD-17 5832, on September 30, 3254. His father died when he was a young boy, and his mother moved him and his brother to a relative’s château in the Imperial space. Zen enjoyed a mostly carefree and privileged life, and in 3266, he took his first trip in an sidewinder.

Despite his disappointing rejection from the Royal Academy, in 3275, Zen was given the opportunity to realize his dreams of flying during his compulsory service in the military. Initially working as a mechanic in the Imperial Navy (INV), he learned how to fly as combat pilot. Zen took callsign "Industries" (since his teammates look at him as industry of constant fun) when he became a pilot in the INV force the following year, based in Facece system. His engagement to a young woman resulted in Zen's leaving the INV force in 3279. However, when their relationship failed shortly thereafter, Zen returned to his birthplace and first love, flying, founding an independent minor faction at his birthplace (BD-17 5832), named by his nickname... ZEN Industries.
