Randall (referred to as Randy) Windsor was born on Capitol to a high-class family with many connections to the royal family. From a young age, he always interested in racing and venturing beyond the safety and luxury of the Empire core systems. At age 18 he has gifted a Gutamaya Imperial Courier by his father, which he subsequently outfitted for racing with a maximum speed of 800m/s. in 3304, at age 20 he graduated from the Imperial high college and made his way out into the wider galaxy to make a name for himself.

He spent 2 years exploring the galaxy and visiting the many historic and beautiful sights before discovering the Imperial Corsairs, acting as one of the senior officers due to his charismatic personality.
