Must reach Combat Elite before any other Elite rank is achieved.

If I am interdicted by another player and he shoots first, I must fight to the death. (unless I have another goal, such as seeing if I will be ganked somewhere else.)
No ganking newbs in sidewinders; anyone else is fair game.
No ganking Rats, EIC, or any altruistic organizations.
No honest trading; The only trading I can do is smuggling/piracy and a few rare commodities. An exception is made for trade CGs with a worthy reward, such as a module.
If I am at an installation and it is attacked, I must join the attackers.
My first solo interceptor kill must be in a Viper.
No Large ships. Light ships and certain medium ships only. Type-7 only for CGs and power play.
