I don't have a proper name, I don't have a birth certificate. I was born as a slave deep in imperial mines belonging to Torval Mining Ltd, my mother was immediately told to get back to work and I was taken to some distant facility where I would play blissfully for 10 years. while there I would make a habit of killing any cat I was left alone with, the other kids started calling me Deadcat, and through a spelling error that became Deadkat. I never received any sympathy from the caretakers at the facility. They would simply dispose of the animal and act like nothing had happened. At age 10 I was thrown into the mines and never allowed to play again.

in April 3301, at age 25, I was bought and then "donated" to a program championed by Princess Aisling Duval and subsequently went through a long program to integrate me into imperial society. the program was intended to only last for one year, but I needed more work to become a good citizen, starting with my lack of schooling and inability to read. I stayed in that program for three years. I was placed into an apartment with a job and was content for about a year. I later joined the Pilot's federation training program for independent commanders and graduated in October 3306. Finally starting my own journey among the stars.
