CMDR Nessius Blaze is a legendary trade veteran, who started spaceflight operations on December 6th, 3306. Known as a fast learner, he managed to master piloting within a matter of days. Trading soon became his specialty. With a deep knowledge of markets, prices and trends, he took advantage of the volatile markets. Less than two weeks after taking his first flight, he was already a trade pioneer with a newly purchased Type-9. This vessel, the Vanguard VI Renegade soon became his home.

While he spent most of his time enjoying the views the Type-9 offers, counting his stacks of credits and preparing for new trade opportunities, he felt the need to settle down and have a station he could call home. A combination of discounted items, a wide selection of modules and ample station services made Ray Gateway at Diaguandri very convincing, and was thus selected as his home station and base of operations.

CMDR Nessius Blaze focused his early activities on gaining market information and improving his agility. While mostly flying alone, he was constantly on the lookout for communities. After a brief connection with a squadron, he moved on and found Olympus Trade Corporation. This mid-February event led to a significant change in his activities, as the group proved to be a community perfectly suited to all his desires. He soon settled in and got to work on his ongoing operations, now with the occasional squadron assistance.

Early on, CMDR Nessius Blaze turned towards engineering. Initially overlooked and found tedious even by hismelf, he would later develop a special taste for tinkering.
The various combinations of materials and effects yield an almost infinite amount of variation, and he turned out to be highly talented in engineering research and trials.

On March 4th, 3307, the Cerenkov I Stargazer, CMDR Nessius Blaze's fleet carrier was commissioned.
The carrier's arrival completely changed all ongoing operations.
Logistics, ship and module locations had to be adjusted accordingly. The decision was made to consolidate all assets on the carrier, which would then on become home to Nessius Blaze.

After amassing a significant fortune by early 3307, a gradual fleet expansion initiative was launched.
This sparked the interest to diversify into new activities, including more intensive combat, exploration, diplomacy and new trade opportunities.
Outfitting and engineering the new vessels took some time, and preparations were made for CMDR Blaze's first long-range exploration voyage, the destination of which was the Crescent Nebula and the Traikeou Nebula. It was now possible to use custom-built ships for specialist operations, with each of them filling various niche roles in the fleet.

After returning in early June, CMDR Blaze went back to continue his life in the bubble, perfecting his skills in combat and gathering assets.
Development of the fleet was coming along nicely, with the total number of ships reaching 33 by early September.
