David Fox grew-up in the Vequess system. As a boy he was fascinated by the sleek lines of the Imperial ships that would dock at the station for repairs and refuelling and, as so many others, he fantasised about one day owning his own ship and travelling the galaxy in search of adventure, wealth, and fame. After school he could often be found hiding behind the crates in the Agnews' Folly Orbital Station Hangar Bay, watching as these majestic ships would come and go.

As a teen he earned a scholarship to attend a prestigious school at Finney's Inheritance in the Facece system, and his family moved to make it their permanent home. He and his siblings would hide away on visiting ships and pretend to be smugglers, or assassins evading the authorities, always dropping out just before the ships would fly away.

To try and drill some order into their children, the Fox parents enrolled all the children in the Imperial Navy, with David eventually working his way up to King rank, before departing for pastures new.

Whilst his siblings have fanned out across the galaxy, David has always favoured remaining closer to "home", and has spent his career in and around the Bubble wherever possible. He has found gainful employ in a number of roles over the years, including the mundane (courier, taxi driver), combative (ship-to-ship combat, bounty hunting, sniper, mercenary, multi-crew), restorative (fuel rat, search and rescue, bodyguard, shipment chaperone), opportunistic (scavenger), illicit (smuggler, infiltrator, industrial thief/espionage agent, assassin, hacker), explorative (deep space voyager, Colonian traveller (he makes a trip to see his sister Danica once in a while), trader (mining, commodity trading), mentor, and exobiologist; about the only hard line he has is he doesn't commit piracy, as it goes against his moral code.

David is the Squadron Commander of the Ravens of Helheim [RAOH], and co-ordinates their efforts from their base of operations - the Fleet Carrier "Asgard" (H0Y-GQK) - usually located in, or in close proximity to, the Bubble.
