Pavel Prime was born to an influential and wealthy family of Senator Alexander Prime in the Achenar system. For much of his life he served in the fleet of Emperor Hengist Duval. He was quickly rose through the ranks from cadet to line captain, and the last years of his duty, commanded the Majestic-class Interdictor "Achenar's Will". After the Emperor's death, Duke Pavel Prime, retired from the Imperial Navy and as mercenary joined to Project "Uranus" of Strata Uranium Corp from Ngobe system. Shortly after, with an Imperial Senate support and Senator Alexander Prime in particular, Arissa Lavigny-Duval ascended to the throne of the Empire, commander Prime resumed his duty an Imperial Navy, joined to 528th Legion, also known as the Lavigny's Legion.
