Commander Impala Mark’s original name, date and place of birth are unknown.
There are rumours that he is one of the “longtimers”, born many centuries ago. Of course, the longtimers are officially recorded as all being long-since deceased. Nonetheless, rumours persist.
He served many years in the Federal Marines Special Forces. He began enlisted then became an officer. He was highly decorated, and is the ONLY Federal Marine on record to receive a Medal of Honor AND a Dishonorable Discharge. He was court-martialled following a classified incident, and discharged as a Major. Later, he was mysteriously reinstated and has since risen to the rank of Admiral in the Federal Navy Auxillary. He is a veteran of many different conflicts, as a special forces operator, and a pilot.
Officially he’s now a freelance freighter pilot and miner, but unofficially he hires out as a smuggler, bounty hunter, and mercenary.
